Way of working

The material that we want to dry is laid on the tray. Drying is operated only with warm air. The direction of air flow through the fruits is automatically changed - reversed, ensuring uniform drying throughout the drying chamber.

The operation of the dryer can be semi-automated or fully automated according to the default technology program. Automation controls the operation of fans, an electromotor valve that regulates the supply of heat energy into the dryer and servo motors to drive the flaps through which the saturated air is extracted and fresh air is fed into the dryer.

Heating of the drying room

Heating of the air in the drying room is possible with electric heaters or with water heaters, which are connected to the existing central heating or to the corresponding furnace.
